As your returning candidate for Grand Anti-Grammateus, it is my intent to continue my focus on Strengthening the Sigma R.E.C.O.R.D. by capturing the business, informing the membership and supporting our leaders.
Serving as your current International Grand Anti-Grammateus and previously as a local and regional Anti-Grammateus, I know the significance of this role and have implemented and shared proven strategies that have enhanced the responsibilities and improved service to our leadership and the body. It is my hope to continue to lead with innovation, support, integrity, collaboration, and education at the national level.
Strengthening the Sigma R.E.C.O.R.D. entails ensuring that the documentation of our sorority business is Reliable, Exact, Clear, Organized, Refined, and Detailed. The priorities of my platform include:
Priorities & Goals for 2024-2026 term
Effectively recording & managing the business of the sorority.
Utilizing advanced technologies to best preserve and improve minutes, procedures, and documentation.
For 2024 term - Ensure that the business of the Centennial Boule and IBOD is accurately captured, stored and shared (as appropriate) with the IBOD & membership in a timely manner.
Providing accurate, relevant and timely information to Sorors and Affiliates.
In partnership with key National Officers and International Headquarters, streamlining and enhancing communication processes, messages and resources to the body.
For 2024 term - Continue to refine communication processes to ensure that the body receives relevant, timely and useful information from the IBOD. In partnership with ICHQ work to organize and increase access to our digital records.
Being an accessible resource to the International Board of Directors, International Headquarters, Regional & Local Officers, and our broader Sigma family.
Listening, gathering information and sharing knowledge that can be useful to all sorority leaders and members.
For 2024 term - Continue to support the IBOD, ICHQ staff and membership in whatever way possible! Maintain the Anti-Grammatei Network - the resource for local and regional anti-grammatei to share best practices, get questions answered, etc.

The Strength of our Sigma R.E.C.O.R.D. continues to be a critical priority as we plan the future of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated beyond Centennial. Over the past two years I have worked hard to build the RECORD of SIGMA and hope to continue to get the opportunity to do so!
